Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and quantum hardware interfaces
- Proven track record of securing government or corporate research funding
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams of 10+ researchers
