Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience leading $2M+ R&D projects with deliverable milestones
