Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for commercial applications
- Oversee 15+ quantum research scientists across 3 specialized teams
- Partner with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum encryption protocols
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 10+ annual filings
- Develop quantum-compute-as-a-service infrastructure
- Present findings at global tech summits including CES 2026
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years quantum research experience with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary R&D teams
- Active security clearance preferred
