Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of physicists and software engineers in quantum hardware-software integration
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and academic institutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
