- Secure $5M+ in research grants and publish findings in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish industry partnerships with IBM/Google Quantum teams
- Translate quantum theory into patent-protected IP with market-ready applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (QIP, etc.)
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DARPA preferred)
- Expertise in error correction and fault-tolerant quantum systems
