Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 8+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, PRL)
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware projects
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience securing SBIR/NSF quantum computing grants
