Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Design quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Manage a team of 8 quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop patentable quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Collaborate with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum internet protocols
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computational Theory
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
- Published research in top-3 quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ research grants
- Fluency in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Clearance for DOE/NIST quantum projects
