Responsibilities

- Author high-impact publications in Nature/Science journals and industry white papers
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for quantum technology adoption
- Mentor PhD researchers and oversee quantum hardware-software integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in quantum error correction, qubit architectures, and quantum algorithm design
- Proven track record of securing government research grants (NSF/DOE preferred)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
