Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development with published papers
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Track record of translating quantum theory into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks (2026 roadmap)
