Responsibilities

- Secure research grants and publish findings in top-tier journals/conferences
- Develop quantum error mitigation strategies for practical commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of published quantum computing research (Nature/Science/QIP preferred)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams and managing research budgets
