Responsibilities

- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants and funding
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
