Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum systems
- Secure competitive research funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our quantum computing curriculum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publications in quantum information science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
