Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE/APS conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing curriculum development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
