Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity for real-world applications

- Optimize qubit stability in cryogenic environments with <10ms coherence times
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on quantum circuit development using Qiskit/Cirq
- Published papers in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in superconducting quantum processors or trapped ions
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum optics
