Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum processors and qubit systems
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for practical industry applications
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic and industrial collaborators

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and complexity theory
- Demonstrated record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and simulation frameworks
