Responsibilities

- Mentor cross-functional teams of PhDs and postdoctoral researchers

- Shape quantum computing standards through IEEE/ISO committee participation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development with hardware validation
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum hardware SDKs
- Publication record in Nature/Science/Physical Review X
- Experience securing federal research grants
