Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design projects to optimize qubit stability and error correction

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum information science or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
