Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum hardware systems

- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Translate quantum research into scalable commercial solutions for finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Secure federal grants and private funding for advanced quantum projects
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
