Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithms and error correction
- Proficiency in Q#, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published record in quantum cryptography or complexity theory
- Expertise in NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Strong track record of securing federal research funding
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQCS)
