Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum solutions in finance and healthcare

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
