Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography applications
- Develop novel error-correction techniques to stabilize qubit coherence
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent quantum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with AI and materials science divisions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
