Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead experimental quantum hardware validation using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybrid quantum-classical neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with IBM/Qiskit or Google Cirq
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, Qiskit ML)
- Clearance for government quantum research initiatives
