Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error mitigation techniques to enhance qubit stability and coherence times

- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to abstract complex systems
