Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Collaborate with hardware team to optimize quantum error correction protocols

- Lead open-source quantum computing projects on GitHub
- Mentor PhD interns from MIT/Stanford
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems preferred
