Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault-tolerant architectures, and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulators
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
