- Develop error-correction frameworks to advance quantum coherence beyond 2026 benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical computing ecosystems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and intellectual property
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq) with portfolio of published work
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven experience with cryogenic quantum systems and measurement-based quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
