Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Quantum
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
