Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit Aer, IBM Quantum Experience)
- Demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinary teams across physics, CS, and engineering
- Knowledge of current quantum hardware limitations and scalability challenges
