Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra and statistical mechanics
- Validated track record of translating theory to working prototypes
