Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through innovative proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Mastery of Python, Qiskit, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence phenomena
- Experience leading DARPA or NSF-funded quantum research projects
