Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of publications in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM, Amazon Braket)
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical business solutions
