Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols

- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Develop scalable frameworks for hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonic processors
- Strong Python/C++ skills with parallel computing knowledge
