- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in top-tier quantum computing research venues
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated experience with quantum simulators and cloud platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government-funded projects
