Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in optimization and machine learning
- Lead research on quantum error correction techniques to achieve fault-tolerant systems by 2026

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, or quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex quantum systems mathematically
- Track record of securing research grants or industry partnerships
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
