Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or quantum information science
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault-tolerant architectures, and quantum algorithms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex quantum systems mathematically
