Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum solutions for real-world industry challenges
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at global conferences
- Develop error-correction techniques to enhance quantum computational stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and HPC frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical business solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
