Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum AI and quantum cryptography
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research grants from NSF, DARPA, and industry partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers and postdoctoral fellows in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum annealing and photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience securing government research grants and industry partnerships
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
