Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in collaboration with AI and cryptography divisions

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure intellectual property through patent filings and trade secret protection
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise quantum computing interns
- Contribute to developing industry standards for quantum-safe cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
