Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop novel error correction protocols for scalable quantum systems

- Partner with academia to advance quantum education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Ability to secure DoD or NSF research clearances preferred
