Responsibilities

- Drive patent development for novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and optimization
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
