Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience securing SBIR or NSF grants
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory into practical applications
