Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Lead research on quantum supremacy applications targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through compelling proposal development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry research
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing publications
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction
