Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science/IEEE journals

- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
