Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software and physical systems
- Lead research initiatives targeting quantum advantage in cryptography and material science
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum frameworks
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Identify commercial applications for quantum solutions across finance, healthcare, and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, complexity theory, and quantum information
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
