Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm implementation
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Security clearance for DoD projects
