Responsibilities

- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at major conferences
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and partnerships with national laboratories
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and drive innovation through quantum hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and quantum simulation algorithms
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
