Responsibilities

- Develop cryogenic control systems operating at 10mK temperatures
- Architect quantum-secure communication networks using lattice-based cryptography
- Optimize classical infrastructure for quantum co-processing workloads
- Establish real-time error correction protocols for 10,000+ qubit systems
- Create quantum-safe migration strategies for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum hardware or algorithms
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum-resistant cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems from lab to production
- Certification in quantum security architectures (QSA-2026)
