Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing infrastructures integrating 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for 2026 security standards
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in prototyping
- Establish quantum network protocols achieving 99.999% fidelity
- Research and implement error correction techniques for practical quantum advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum hardware or cryogenic systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Prior experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubit architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
