Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end quantum communication networks integrating photonic and superconducting qubits
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ logical qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography infrastructure
- Create deployment roadmaps for quantum edge computing in metropolitan networks
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks
- Establish benchmarking standards for quantum algorithm performance in real-world scenarios
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Experience designing cryogenic quantum control systems below 20mK
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum platform architecture
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant transition strategies
