Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop cryogenic control systems operating at 15mK temperatures
- Implement quantum error correction codes for fault-tolerant operations
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical simulation and materials science
- Lead integration of quantum networking protocols across distributed systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Physics, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Expertise in pulse-level control of quantum processors using Qiskit or Cirq
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and dilution refrigerator maintenance
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
